Northlight Network exists to prevent women from losing stability by providing early intervention and resource guidance — before a challenge becomes a crisis.

The Northlight Stability & Risk Scale (NSRS) identifies women at risk before crises escalate. The system assesses needs, determines risk levels, and creates personalized action plans.

Follow-up support ensures women stay on the path to stability and independence.

MRCs are accessible spaces within community organizations offering tools like computers, internet access, and application support.

They empower women to independently access resources and complete necessary documentation — strengthening existing case management without replacing it.

MRCs focus on helping women stay engaged and compliant with programs while progressing toward stability.

Northlight collaborates with community organizations, faith groups, libraries, and businesses to expand access and share resources.

Community education programs focus on housing stability, financial literacy, employment, and mental health.

Engagement activities include community fairs, workshops, conversations, and volunteer opportunities.

The organization is actively developing systems, recruiting volunteers, and establishing community partnerships.

The initial goal is to launch crisis hotlines, Mini Resource Centers, and referral networks.

Over three years, Northlight plans to serve nearly 2,000 women and establish multiple resource centers — with a long-term plan to create a Crisis & Stability Hub for comprehensive support.
